I served the dish this way, but if you have tomatoes, you can decorate each piece of zucchini with a tomato slice. Then the dish will sparkle with new colors. Ingredients:

  • young zucchini - 2 pcs.,
  • ham - 150 g,
  • hard cheese - 150 g,
  • sour cream 15% - 3 tbsp. spoons,

Typically, zucchini is dredged in flour, but these zucchini are so young and juicy, and the crust is so thin and tender, that this is not necessary.


Place the fried zucchini on a flat dish or large plate. Let cool slightly. This must be done so that the sour cream in the sauce does not curdle or curdle.


Grate hard cheese. Place the grated cheese in a bowl.
